I have always been drawn to the space between the visible and the invisible, the known and the unknown—to that barely perceptible place where an image becomes a symbol, the body begins to speak in a language I do not yet know, and the everyday opens, for a moment, to the Sacred and the Transcendent.
My journey towards the Self began with drawing and painting. It continued through the Silence of poetry, the search for Truth in philosophy, and the exploration of spiritual and religious traditions. It came full circle through my pursuit of the Sacred in my later studies of art history, found Grounding in my independent exploration of psychology, and became fully Embodied through the practice of somatics, Ayurveda, yoga, and various other modalities of working with the body and energy.
For a long time, I experienced these worlds as separate paths. Today, I understand that they have always been part of the same quest: how to come closer to the Truth of who I am, how to give Form to the invisible, and how to transform my being through Meaning.
At the heart of my interest lies transformation—the moment when the old perception of oneself and the world is no longer sufficient, while the new one has yet to take on a clear form. It is precisely within this in-between non-space, in the timeless moment of presence, that I sense wholeness and depth. This is the source of my creative power, which finds expression through images, words, therapeutic work, and the bringing together of different worlds and people.
I believe in beauty not as ornament, but as a way of knowing. In art that touches a person more deeply than explanation ever could. In the body that remembers and knows. And in the Sacred, which I seek not outside of life, but within its most alive, vulnerable, and authentic depths.
Today, my work unfolds at the intersection of art, the body, and spiritual inquiry. I create, write, facilitate women’s circles and individual sessions, and design gatherings in which something genuine can take place: a shift, an insight, a return to oneself.
