Family constellations is a therapeutic approach intended to reveal hidden dynamics within a family or group that negatively affect relationships within it. Through this method, people can become aware of a situation and work through it.
This alternative approach may help people seeking better relationships by allowing them to view their situation from a different perspective — something that may previously have been difficult due to being trapped in established beliefs. A therapist may offer family constellations as an approach to problems that are difficult to address through conventional medicine.
This alternative approach was developed in the mid-1990s by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. As a family therapist, he believed that members of a family system are energetically interconnected and that people often unknowingly live out the destinies of their ancestors instead of leaving those destinies with them.
If there are applications for individual family constellations, we will conduct two or possibly three, depending on the time available. An individual constellation is paid and prior registration is mandatory.
If no one chooses to have an individual constellation, we will give a lecture on relationships and highlight where disorder most commonly arises in family systems.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions throughout the entire workshop.
If you are wondering whether there is any benefit to attending without having your own constellation, let me tell you that the entire group participates in such an event.
However, it is not the same whether you have your own constellation or are simply an attendee. Once you decide to have your own constellation, the approach is completely individual.
